Bolderwood Deer Sanctury
Follow the Radnor Trail through varied woodland from ancient deciduous to Norway spruce to Bratley Water where children can splash in the stream. The walk ends at a viewing platform, where if you are lucky, you will see a herd of fallow deer. A great choice for the autumn.
Queen Elizabeth Country Park
There is over 2,000 acres of open access woodland and downland to explore at this country park which also features a woodland play area and assault course.
River Hamble Country Park
The walk may only be forty-five minutes, but you will spend a whole day here as there is so much to do in this riverside country park that even has its own farm!
